Throughout this process, our team needed to revise the topic or question to better fit the articles that were chosen as well as to make it a bit stronger. However, we received positive feedback on our question from the instructor and were able to feel good about the PICOT question that we chose. Some challenges that we have faced in the process of submitting work for this paper mainly include our busy schedules as nursing students but we have been able to overcome that hurdle through choosing an hour block of time after class on Mondays to complete our work. Some successes that we’ve encountered included how our PICOT question yielded a plethora of research for us when we started typing the key words into CINAHL which made it pretty easy for us to find articles for our paper, as well as critical appraisal. So far our team process has been good I would say. The only challenge I feel is that we all are very involved on campus and have jobs so its been busy trying to squeeze all of this in! I would say the feedback we’ve been receiving has been good, so the results are depicting the success of how well our team process has been working.
